Our Technical Solution Center offers comprehensive solutions for your IT systems infrastructure, be it a server or a client. We are also your point of contact when it comes to warehouse hardware and technical warehouse equipment. Do you need technical service and support? Our Technical Solution Center is your one-stop service provider.
Our product selection includes well-known Lydia Voice terminals, including all available accessories and spare parts. This selection is complemented by hand-held devices, controllers, on-board computers, scanners, printers, pick-by-light solutions, mobile workstations, and many more.
Avoid costly production outages: our certified repair center will provide fast support in the event of a damage or defect. If needed, we are happy to supply you with loan units or provide on-site service. Our portfolio also includes checking and providing wireless coverage, pick-by-voice and pick-by-light installations, as well as radio data transmission solutions. We check and install full, technical warehouse infrastructures: personalized and just the way you want them.
We provide you with tested hardware made by leading manufacturers. Before we ship, all devices must pass our rigorous quality check. We then preconfigure these devices for use with the LFS application; in other words, you can use them right out of the box! This lets you benefit from our high quality standards and professional services in relation to hardware. We are also happy to handle your entire license management and take care of registering your hardware within the context of your maintenance contracts and license agreements.
Together with our design partners, we never stop working on new products. Innovation is part and parcel of our day-to-day business. We recognize trends early on and develop hardware that is perfectly suited for the use with LFS. And if we can’t find an adequate solution in the marketplace, we will take it upon ourselves to develop a solution that fits the high standards of the logistics industry.

Depending on your individual service and support requirements, the Center’s offerings comprise not only maintenance and prompt repairs but also a comprehensive spare parts service including accessories. As an additional service, we also have a pool of loan units at your disposal, such as for stocktaking or for handling seasonal peak loads.
