Do you document and invoice for all the services you provide to your clients? How much time do you spend internally reviewing and creating monthly customer invoices?
With our Contract and Billing (CnB) solution, you can significantly increase revenue and efficiency in your billing process thanks to integrated contract management, which immediately links individual customer agreements with the services provided. All services are recorded, documented, and billed across systems (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS, etc.).
CnB digitises and organises contract management, including agreed terms and service catalogues. This also includes the creation of individual customer and supplier contracts in any level of detail. CnB features an integrated contract template manager, allowing users to easily create their own templates. Additional services can be documented and saved as an attachment to the main contract. The software automatically inserts the respective information into the document based on customer agreements. Moreover, CnB supports version management, including change tracking, and maps the internal approval process. A predefined group of recipients receives the contract in advance via an email link for review before it is sent to the customer, preventing errors from the outset.
CnB captures all services provided across your value chain. In logistics, for example, this includes warehouse-related activities such as goods receipt, relocations, or order picking, as well as services in the areas of road, rail, sea, and air. These are transmitted to the software or alternatively captured directly on-site via the mobile application.
CnB features an integrated commercial rule set. This includes, for example, a price index clause for automatic price adjustments, foreign currency management, weekend and overtime allowances, and other contract-relevant agreements. Manual changes to individual details such as quantities, weights, prices, invoice recipients, or additional services are possible at any time. CnB automatically incorporates these metrics into service processing.
After recording, CnB automatically recognises and assigns services to the correct contract conditions. The basis for this is the commercial rule set (Contract Commercial). Subsequently, invoice creation is digital and automatic. CnB also supports automated invoice runs. Generated invoice documents can be printed or automatically sent to the customer via email. The customer can then easily verify the invoice in the web portal, significantly reducing the number of customer complaints and inquiries, and increasing transparency throughout the process.
To save time and make the process as efficient as possible for all parties involved, the generated invoice document with proof of service is provided as a PDF or email. The customer can then conveniently verify the invoice in the web portal. Both parties benefit from this advantage: You always have an overview of the status of your invoices, and the customer can be sure that only the services provided are billed. Customer complaints and inquiries are significantly reduced, transparency is increased, and you get your money faster. Over 500 services are currently available for billing.
CnB is certified for integration with SAP S/4HANA – this integration helps you seamlessly implement CnB into your existing SAP environment. Thanks to standardised SAP iDoc interfaces, we offer our customers a modern method of software implementation with reduced downtime. The seamless communication between S/4HANA and CnB has been certified by the SAP Integration and Certification Centre (SAP ICC).
