Searching for the WMS solution that fits you best?
The Ehrhardt + Partner Group (EPG) and Rocla Oy have established a strategic partnership. Rocla is a Finnish manufacturer of electric warehouse trucks, counterbalance trucks and automated guided vehicles (AGVs). E+P supplies its LFS Software Suite as a comprehensive solution for managing all logistics processes. Under the new partnership, the two companies will now collaborate long-term. EPG and Rocla together provide an efficient and complete solution for the automated transport of goods in the warehouse.
Rocla has been developing and producing automated guided vehicles (AGVs) for logistics since 1983. So far, the company from Järvenpää in Finland has delivered more than 7,000 AGVs worldwide. Since 2008, the brand has been owned by Mitsubishi Logisnext Co., Ltd, based in Kyoto, Japan. In recent years, Rocla has seen increasing demand for a logistics management software solution that has an interface to control vehicles and for the associated fleet management. Looking for a suitable WMS partner, Rocla chose the logistics experts from EPG. Both companies have already successfully worked together on the automation of a new raw materials warehouse for Seeberger GmbH. The warehouse management system LFS.wms controls the entire flow of materials at the Seeberger warehouse, while also coordinating the interactions between the various automatic systems. These include four automated guided vehicles from Rocla, which supply a total of 75 production machines with goods via a bridge.
