EPG's Response to Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Current world events are putting us to a hard test and require all of us to restrict our normal daily routine. Because: health comes first! We would like to encourage you to look ahead positively.

As a global company, EPG is closely monitoring the COVID-19 virus and want to share the actions we have taken in response to the outbreak to protect, while continuing to serve, our employees, customers and partners.

  • EPG strictly adheres to the guidelines set by the government, the World Health Organization (WHO).

  • We have minimized face-to-face meetings to the bare minimum and provide resources to help our employees adapt their working practices to the current situation, including Home Office, Skype and webinar software to enable digital customer appointments and startups in a secure manner.

  • EPG has developed offerings to help our customers, despite all the limitations, to further advance their logistics. Our customer service team is available as usual 24/7 via our ticket system, by phone or email for all questions concerning your logistics.

  • In addition, it is now to take advantage of the trainings provided online
