Dispatcher is the term used for the employees of a company who are responsible for the distribution of resources and goods. The dispatcher therefore only has an organizational function and no executive function. In logistics, however, the dispatcher is a central element of efficient supply chain management. The dispatcher's tasks include such things as the scheduling of human resources, the allocation of vehicle resources for upcoming transport orders or the provision of goods and materials to properly maintain the production flow. Disposition is thus represented in many areas of the company.
