Transparent solutions require a transparent pricing model. That is why you always know what you are getting with us. Our Level 1 pricing model is simple: You pay per user or per pick.
Pay per user includes a choice of size of the user package, whether 25, 30 or 35 users - to 250, 300 or 350 - or even 800, 900 or 1,000 users. You then get a specific price per user plus the basic price. You can easily change the package from month to month. The per pick pricing model is calculated from the number of picks you make per month. Depending on the service level, you then get a price per pick. On top of that, there is the basic charge for the price of your cloud solution.

We use the high-availability IT infrastructure of the TelemaxX secure computer fortress. The fortress consists of five data centers in Karlsruhe connected by a fiber optic ring. A specific part of the data center is provided for each customer. We guarantee server housing of the highest quality - because TelemaxX is synonymous with maximum operational reliability for IT systems. Nine public utility companies from the technology region of Karlsruhe are the shareholders of the company. Every three years, TÜV-Saarland certifies the data centers according to the strict requirements of the ISO 27001 standard. There are two pricing models for EPG ONE™ Supply Chain Execution Suite products. Billing is either based on the number of users or the number of picks. We can also design a custom pricing model for you according to your dependencies. We are happy to advise you on which package is most suitable for you.
